Our bodies start to… not work as properly as we get older. Our muscles become softer, our joints ache, and our minds become less focused and clear. And for far too many of us guys, our nonsense just doesn’t seem to work at all. And this is a subject that most men avoid discussing.
Every man has access to a variety of tactics that are both inexpensive and effective. Many of them are synergistic, which means that when you combine two or more of them, they work together to deliver more benefits than the total of the separate techniques.
For the purposes of this discussion, most of these remedies fall into one of two categories: they either focuses on the plumbing, which is a physiological issue affecting your genitals, or they work on the libido, which is a mental issue affecting your brain. Alternatively, they can work on both. So let’s get this party start.
CURE #1 LIFESTYLE
Because lifestyle is the leading cause of Erectile Dysfunction Therapies, it’s a no-brainer that changing your lifestyle is the most important thing you can do to improve your ED.
We’re talking about how to eat properly, whether you want to grow muscle or reduce weight, enhance your testosterone, or improve your hormonal health. Start working out, beginning with high-intensity interval training, weight lifting, core workouts, flexibility exercises, and mobility workouts to increase your endurance and strength. Not only should you get enough sleep, but you should also get the correct kind of sleep. Reduce your alcohol consumption and stop smoking. Change your lifestyle to one that not only supports your erectile dysfunction Therapies reversal method, but also helps you to be healthier and live longer.
CURE #2 TESTOSTERONE SUPPLEMENTATION
Actually, the first two remedies are no-brainers because they’re both simply correcting ED-causing patterns. And one of the finest things you can do to improve your ED is to naturally increase your testosterone production.
Elevating your testosterone levels has been demonstrate to have a major influence on both erectile dysfunction Therapies and libido in study after study. You can accomplish this in a variety of ways. The first step is to alter your diet. Learn how to eat to boost your testosterone levels.
You should be exercising out in a way that speeds up your metabolism. Start conducting high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Keeps the pace up when doing resistance training, whether it’s bodyweight workouts or lifting weights? Lift more weight and rest for no more than 30 seconds between sets. Get plenty of restful sleep and be stress-free. Take vitamins if necessary. Toxins, particularly endocrine disruptors, must be eliminated. Check your medicines with your doctor to see if you may replace medications that are hazardous to testosterone production with ones that are supportive or neutral. Your Erectile Dysfunction will be much improved if your testosterone levels are optimize.
CURE #3 VIAGRA, LEVITRA & CIALIS
Okay, third position goes to the major three ED drugs that are most usually prescribe. And, to be honest, remedy #3 isn’t exactly cheap. Viagra is also known as Sildenafil, Levitra is known as Vardenafil, and Cialis is known as Tadalafil. Consult your doctor about your erectile dysfunction Therapies to discover if one of these drugs is appropriate for you. Phosphodiesterase blockers are all three of them, and they work on the plumbing.
Phosphodiesterase is an enzyme found in the smooth muscles of the erectile tissue that breaks down cyclic-GMP synthesis, allowing the veins that enable blood to flow out of the penis to open and cause DE tumescence, or wilting of the erection.
Because phosphodiesterase is block, cylic-GMP levels stay high and your erection remains hard. Which one, though, should you choose? That is debatable. Cialis can take up to two hours to take effect, whereas Viagra and Levitra are absorb more quickly by the body and take effect in around an hour.
Cialis, on the other hand, can last up to 36 hours, whilst Viagra and Levitra only last 6 to 8 hours. So, if you want to have sex in the next hour or so, Viagra or Levitra might be a good choice. Cialis, on the other hand, would be a great choice if you’re intending on having sex over the weekend but aren’t sure when. But there’s a word of warning. The important thing to remember is that all three of these meds act on the plumbing, so if your problem, or part of your problem, is your libido, none of them will help.
CURE #4 “BLUE PILL” REPLACEMENT STACK
Another option is to use an all-natural supplement instead of prescription ED drugs. There is an amino acid replacement stack that is advise for erectile dysfunction Therapies, among other things. L-Arginine, L-Tyrosine, L-Ornithine, and Citrulline Malate are the amino acids. This stack is said to help not only ED but also libido, mood, and feeling. And, best of all, it can be combined with any of the three major ED drugs for a synergistic impact.
CURE #5 BREMELANOTIDE
This is something that I’m sure not many of you are familiar with. PT 141, also known as Bremelanotide, is the peptide in question. A peptide is simply a string of different amino acids that has little, if any, negative side effects. It’s reportedly in the final stages of FDA approval and will be available in the near future for both men and women suffering from ED or sexual dysfunction.
It functions in a different way than phosphodiesterase inhibitors. It operates on the brain via enhancing your libido rather than directly on the penis by suppressing phosphodiesterase generated by the endothelial tissues of the penis. Preliminary results are also quite promising. And, because it’s a simple peptide, the chemical components are well-known and simple to produce. One disadvantage is that it must be injection; you must mix the dehydrated peptide with bacteriostatic water and then inject it into the skin over the stomach, much like an insulin injection. However, PT141 can be uses in conjunction with the replacement stack as well as any of the major three prescription medications.
CURE #6 COCK RING
The final item on our list of things we truly recommend is a mechanically based strategy for overcoming ED. We’re talking about the erection ring, often known as the tension ring or the cock ring.
This is a ring that is worn around the base of the penis to keep blood from leaking out and extending the duration of an erection. They can be create from a variety of materials, including silicone and metal, and they come in a wide range of designs and styles.
There are varieties design to be worn around the base of the penis and types designee to be worn around the penis and testicles. They can also be used in conjunction with a vacuum pump in severe cases of ED. A vacuum is create around the outside of the penis by placing the pump over it.
This causes blood to rush into the penis, causing it to enlarge and result in an erection. To keep the blood in, the cock ring is put at the base of the penis. When the ring is remove, blood drains from the penis, and it returns to a relaxed state. A word of warning about cock rings. A cock ring should not be left on the penis for more than 30 minutes under any circumstances
Holding the blood for more than 30 minutes might damage the tissues of the penis, making your ED worse and possibly permanent. That is something that no one desires. So, a maximum of 30 minutes. Now we’ll discuss several tactics that, while they may help with ED, we don’t necessarily advocate. It’s only a matter of taste. However, we would be remiss if we did not cover them in our discussion of ED treatments.
CURE #7 ALPROSTADIL
Alprostadil is the first. This is a prescription drug that should only be used in extreme circumstances. It’s called MUSE for Medicated Urethral System for Erections, and instead of being a phosphodiesterase blocker, it’s a vasodilator that causes blood to stream into the penis. It is available in two versions. The first is a penile suppository, which is a pellet put into the urethra directly. It is difficult to use, has several contraindications, and is uncomfortable to use. The penile injection, on the other hand, is injected directly into the tissues of the penis. Scarring or extended erections, pain, and bleeding are all risks associated with this procedure.
CURE #8 SURGERIES
Then there’s surgery, which involves surgically implanting a rod, a semi rigid implant, or an inflated implant into the penis. Again, this is not something we would choose to do.
CURE #9 HERBAL REMEDIES
Finally, there are herbal therapies. So we’re talking about Panax Ginseng, Rhodiola Rosea, DHEA, Ashwagandha, Cordyceps, and Maca, as well as acupuncture, which isn’t an herb. We tested the majority of these methods and didn’t find any of them to be particularly effective in treating erectile dysfunction. However, we can only share our own personal experiences. Any of these options might be suitable for you. So go ahead and give them a try and see what happens.
